What we collect

• Your name, email address and mobile number.
• The topics you log, your notes, images and PDFs, and your revision history and ratings.
• Push-notification device tokens if you turn notifications on, and the time you last signed in.

How we use it

Only to run your revision schedule, send the reminders you asked for, and let your institute's staff see your progress so they can support you. We do not sell your data or show advertising.

Who can see it

You, and administrators of Your Institute Name. Uploaded files are never publicly reachable; they are served only after checking you are signed in and allowed to see them.

Your choices

You can change your details and password in Profile, switch reminders off in Settings, and ask us to export or delete your account and all files by writing to support@your-domain.com.

Security

Passwords are stored only as secure hashes. Sign-in attempts are rate-limited and all forms are protected against cross-site request forgery.
